Our Policies
Delivery – When you receive party items they are “table ready.” We sterilize all glassware, china and flatware for your protection. To avoid an additional cleaning charge, please return clean and in provided containers.
Delivery Charges – Prices for delivery are quoted “round trip.” The standard rate includes ground floor, tailgate/loading dock delivery. Equipment is left stacked, ready for set up.
Special Requests – With advance notice special delivery instructions or set up requirements will be quoted on an individual basis. When your order requires special instructions, please let us know at the time reservation is taken. Special requests include:
- Other than ground floor/tailgate delivery
- Set-up and takedown of equipment
- Limited access facilities
- Office buildings or apartment complexes with freight elevators
- Banquet halls
- Clubhouses
- Parks
- Neighbor islands
- Special delivery or pick up times
With advance notice, special request deliveries present no difficulties. An additional fee is charged for such requests. When placing your order, please explain to our consultant your particular delivery requirements.
Reservations – Are recommended well in advance to insure your equipment will be available. A deposit up to 50% of the rental amount is collected when the order is placed. This is refundable only if a cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to the rental date. If we are able to rent equipment to another customer we will gladly refund this deposit.
Security Deposits – A deposit is required on specified orders. Please check count on rental items before accepting an order. All items are the responsibility of the customer and should be stored in a secure area protected from the elements. We do charge for missing and damaged item
